Krobea Adomako, CCC-SLP
Krobea Adomako knows firsthand how powerful communication can be. Having grown up with personal challenges in communication, he turned that experience into a lifelong passion for helping others find their voice.
He earned his Bachelor’s in Speech, Language, and Hearing Science from Minnesota State University – Moorhead, and later completed a Master of Health Science in Communication Disorders from Governors State University. Krobea also holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
Krobea’s greatest joy comes from working with children, especially those on the autism spectrum and with developmental differences. He specializes in supporting early language development, gestalt language processing (scripting/echolalia), AAC (augmentative and alternative communication), social communication, and parent coaching. His therapy approach is family-centered, playful, and strength-based — designed to meet each child where they are and help them thrive in both communication and confidence.
While Krobea is deeply passionate about autism and pediatric care, he is also skilled in addressing a wide range of communication needs including articulation disorders, apraxia of speech, fluency, developmental and acquired language disorders, swallowing issues, and cognitive-communication challenges.
At the heart of his work is a belief that every child deserves a voice, and that empowering families here in Washington can also create ripples of hope globally through his mission to expand therapy services for children with disabilities in Ghana.
